From brief to handover.
Most builds go from first message to a working system in two to four weeks. You always know what happens next and what it costs.

You tell us, in your own words, what you need to accomplish and how it works today. No technical knowledge needed — the form takes about five minutes.
Day 0 - 02
Scoping call (30 min)
We ask about the real workflow: who does what, which tools are involved, what it costs you now, and what “done” looks like. If we’re not the right fit, we say so on the call.
Reply within one business day - 03
Fixed-price proposal
A short written spec: what the system will do, acceptance checks you can test, what we need from you, timeline and one fixed price. Larger or unclear projects start with the Systems Audit instead.
Within 48 hours of the call - 04
Kickoff & access
You approve the spec and pay the 50% deposit. You invite us as a collaborator or user in each tool — we never ask for your passwords.
Same week - 05
Build
We build inside your accounts and share progress as short async updates or videos. Changes to scope are written down and priced before they happen — never slipped into the final invoice.
Typically 1–3 weeks - 06
Test & accept
We run every acceptance check from the spec with real test data, then you run them too. The balance is due when the checks pass.
Final days - 07
Handover
A written handover document (what was built, where it lives, how to change it) and short walkthrough videos. Access is tidied up or removed, as you prefer.

Care plan (optional)
Monitoring, fixes and small changes, plus a monthly note on what ran and what changed. From $400/month; cancel any time.

It’s your system. We just build it.
We work the way a careful in-house engineer would: in your accounts, with our own logins, leaving a clear paper trail.
How we handle access
- You invite us as a collaborator or user in each tool, with the least permission the job needs.
- No shared passwords. Any secret keys live in your accounts or your password manager — never in email or chat.
- We enable two-factor authentication on every account we use for your work.
- At handover, you remove our access (we’ll show you where), or keep it for a care plan.
How we handle your data
- Your customer data stays in your systems. We don’t copy it into ours beyond what a build strictly needs.
- Test with test data wherever the tools allow it.
- If a build uses an AI model, it runs through your own API account and we document exactly what is sent.

The spec guarantee
Fixed price. If the build doesn’t do what the spec says, we fix it free or refund that milestone.
Before we start, you sign off a written spec with acceptance checks — concrete things you can test, like “a failed instalment creates a task for the assigned closer within five minutes”. If the delivered system fails a check, fixing it is on us. If we can’t, you get that milestone’s payment back.
We guarantee the spec, never revenue. A system can make sure every lead gets a reply in five minutes; nobody honest can promise how many of them will buy.
Who owns what you build?
You do — completely. We build inside your own accounts (your Stripe, your CRM, your Cloudflare or hosting account, your GitHub). Any custom code lives in a repository you own. There is no platform of ours you have to keep paying for.
At handover you get a written document covering what was built, where it lives and how it works, plus short walkthrough videos.
What happens if you disappear?
Nothing breaks. Because everything runs in your accounts and is documented, any competent developer can pick it up. We use mainstream tools and plain, commented code on purpose — no proprietary glue that only we understand.
What time zones do you work in?
We are remote-first, and our working hours overlap US Eastern mornings. Most communication is asynchronous (email, Slack, Loom) and we reply within one business day. Calls are scheduled in your time zone.
How do payments work?
The Systems Audit ($750) is paid upfront and credited in full toward a build started within 30 days. Builds are fixed-price: 50% deposit to start, 50% when the build passes the acceptance checks in the spec. Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled any time.
We invoice in US dollars; you can pay by card or bank transfer. Third-party costs (software subscriptions, SMS, AI usage) are billed to your own accounts, at cost.
How do you handle security and our data?
We ask for our own user or collaborator access in each tool, with the least permission needed — never your password. Credentials stay in your accounts or your password manager; nothing is sent over email or chat. We don’t copy your customer data into our own systems beyond what a build needs, and you can remove our access with one click at handover.
Is there a minimum project size?
Builds start at $1,500. If what you need is smaller, we’ll say so and point you to a better option — often a tweak you can make yourself or a good freelancer. If you’re not sure what you need, the $750 Systems Audit is the right first step.
How do you use AI?
Two ways, both boring on purpose. First, we use AI coding tools to work faster — every line is still reviewed by a person and tested against the spec. Second, some builds include an AI step where it genuinely helps: summarising a sales call into the CRM, drafting a follow-up for a human to approve, or sorting inbound replies.
When a build uses AI, it runs through your own API account, with limits, logging and a human in the loop wherever a mistake would matter. We tell you exactly what data goes to which provider before anything is switched on.
What if the build doesn’t work as promised?
Every build has a written spec with acceptance checks you sign off before we start. If the delivered system doesn’t do what the spec says, we fix it free — or refund that milestone. We guarantee the spec, not your revenue: nobody honest can promise a sales number.
Do you only work with coaching and course businesses?
That’s where we’re sharpest — we know the tools, the setter/closer model and the payment-plan headaches. But the approach works for any business that sells online and runs on a handful of connected tools. If it’s outside what we do well, we’ll tell you on the first call.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. Marketing agencies, GoHighLevel agencies and integrators bring us the backend work their clients need — reporting, onboarding, integrations — either with our name on it or delivered under theirs.
Which tools do you work with?
Most of the common stack: ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Kajabi, Keap, Skool, Stripe, ThriveCart, SamCart, Calendly, Slack, Zapier, Make, Airtable and Google Sheets — and anything else with an API. If a tool doesn’t have one, we’ll tell you what is and isn’t possible before you spend anything.
